Carl was very professional, punctual, and easy to talk to. My fiancé and I finally came to an agreement to rent a limousine one week before our wedding, and a friend recommended Enchanted Limousine to me. I was scared they might be booked up already since I called so late. But Carl made it all happen. He accommodated us so well and he also reconfirmed everything. On top of that – he also got beautiful decorations for the limousine as we requested. Not only was Carl super helpful and professional at what he does, he also understands the stress and financing that comes with weddings. Amazing!! Carl was the best person we could have hired for the day of our wedding. He was so accommodating the first time we met with him, he was so flexible with whatever changes we had up until the last second. I was one of two photographers for a wedding party this past weekend, and Carl was just fabulous! Nice clean comfy ride, superbly friendly, courteous. He seemed to know all the great spots to suggest to the wedding party for extra photo-stops. I’ve been in a few limos before but everyone was approaching the vehicle like we were movie stars. It really is quite a car! To put the icing on the cake, at the end of our day I left a small piece of camera gear behind in the limo. I called, and it was kept safe, and returned to me extremely promptly. Within almost 24hrs of my phone call. Stellar customer service. My daughter graduated from high school this year and had their Dry Grad party yesterday. I booked Enchanted Limousine service months ago and they delivered beyond my expectation! Carl, the driver, was very professional, patient and friendly with the kids. The best part was how Carl helped me out by taking pictures of the group at many beautiful stops along the way before arriving at their final destination. I just didn’t have the time or energy to follow the Limo around to take pictures (and what grad student would want their mother tagging along anyway) – the help was so appreciated. Carl reminded me that he is not a professional photographer but to my surprise, the photos Carl took showed lots of creativity, variety and fun. He even took the time to edit the photos – they will always be treasured. Thank you Carl!

Carl was spectacular and such a great help to us! He picked us up at the airport in Vancouver and took us to our hotel. The rest of our party arrived the following day and he picked them up, got us from our hotel and drove us to Whistler. We stayed 3 nights in Whistler and he picked us up and took us to the cruise port and returned one of our party to the airport.
After our cruise, half our party had an afternoon flight and the rest of us were taking the red eye out so Carl picked us up at the cruise terminal and spent the day with us showing us the sights of Vancouver and 2 trips to the airport! He was knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. I got really lucky when I happened to find him online because we had 8 people in our party with varying arrival and departure times and he didn’t miss a beat! Carl is the absolute best! We booked Enchanted Limo for our wedding this April and looking back we made the best choice. Carl is very professional, polite and charming. He arrived early and helped avoid a bride’s nightmare by politely escorting our wedding guests who were milling about into the venue to ensure they did not see me in my dress before the ceremony.

I went out last night for my 21st birthday, and Carl’s service was exceptional. I have never had such an amazing expeirience with a limo company/driver. The sound system in the limo was amazing! Didnt have any problem with the connection (bluetooth) like i have before with past experiences in limousines. Carl was amazing, to me and my friends, he was very sweet, very proffessional. I was enchanted! For my 50th birthday my husband arranged for Enchanted Limousine to pick us up from our home in their Town Car. The car was fabulous, in pristine condition and our driver, Carl was well-dressed and completely professional. Carl took us on a beautiful tour of Queen Elizabeth Park and along Kits Beach before taking us to our final destination. After a surprise dinner with friends, we emerged from the restaurant to find Carl waiting for us. Overall, it could not have been a better experience!

I want to pass along my recommendation for Enchanted Limousine. Our driver was to meet as at YVR and then take us downtown for a series of meetings throughout the day and then back to the airport later that evening Upon our arrival at the airport, our driver Carl was awaiting us immediately outside the concourse. The limousine was spotless and well appointed. We were able to make all of our meetings throughout the day and then back to the airport later that evening. I was impressed with the professional manner the driver and appreciated his abilities in getting us around the city on time for all of our meetings and back to the airport in time for our flight out. I found Enchanted Limousine on google and decided to give them a try since I liked their website and the man I spoke to was very nice. I had never travelled in a stretch SUV limo before. It was quite impressive! My driver was wonderful and I didn’t have to tell him where to go or how to get to the restaurant. He knew exactly where he was going and asked us if we wanted the “scenic route” to get downtown so my friends and I could have more time to enjoy the experience. After our dinner, he was waiting for us which was a nice touch. I’m thinking of booking them again for a girls’ night out.
